S.T.O.R.M. TEAM Mission
“Using the skills of the Martial Arts to develop empathy, vision and leadership skills through mentorship.”
-Sensei Ray Paulhus
Your mission, as quoted above, is to become Leaders in everything you do. You will learn strategies and techniques that will make you a better leader. You will also be provided with the opportunity to “practice” your leadership lessons through hands-on training both inside the Martial Arts school and outside of the school. You will also learn to recognize when your emotions are strong and how to not let your negative emotions affect your actions. With that said, you must constantly be aware of how to think like a leader and feel like a leader. In other words, always be ready to make the best decision possible and not make bad choices because you didn’t think things through.
